This phase probe was tested by Christian Kolligs on the 12.12.2019 and it has leak rate of 1E-6 mbar.l/s.
The probe was then repaired by the Beam Diagnostic and tested again on the 17.12.2019 by Toni Coronato: it was leaky again. Repaired again and installed in the Unilac on the 20.12.19 |
