Background counts with nitrogen and air. Less multiphoton events with air (see pictures, histogram extended to 30 with nitrogen). Read in 4_Lasersteps/Counts nitrogen: XUV: 15e4 Middle: 8e4 North: 9e4 air: XUV: 13e4 Middle: 1.2e4 North: 0.7e4
