Subject:	The leakcurrent of SiPad is over the setting limit.

Because the 
leakcurrent of 
6 Sipads is 
over the 
setting limit, 
the alarm of 
HV module is 
sounding.
Ruijiu 
increase the 
limit to 1500 
uA.
