For few minutes (starting at 00:05) beam intensity went down. Same as it was reported by the previous shift. 
Until 00:27 beam had lower intensity than before (3e8) 
Now intensity is back to 5e8.

Attached is an example for the possible isomer (on the left) next to the 70Se (right).

This is just a Brho selection by the ESR based on SIS-energy used, 
energy-loss in target with calibrated thickness and momentum spread by the reaction (Goldhaber formula).
Production cross sections are by EPAX 3.1

Uncooled beam on target at TE3UF with dispersion and slit in TE beamlne and realistic injection into ESR.
Now tuned for 72Ge but can easily be modified to other fragment settings. 
The target thickness may need adjustemet after measurement.
The attched powerpoint file explains the settup a bit more.

EO1KP03 was on = -44.9 A
E01KP05 was off, now is on = 3.67 A
The beam is on the right frequency, but the width is still very broad.

Changing ion source, no beam expected for the next 30 minutes.

2:15--> Beam is back, intensity not as high as before but will increase in the next few minutes as the source gets hotter.

With closed scrapers there are only a few weak lines.
Open temporarily all scrapers in the ESR to write down the frequencies.

This is an old spectrum which was recoded on May.

This is the latest ID of 70Se setting.

This file has several options:
start in SIS, at TE3UF target or inside ESR, choose with GOTO LABEL (G L)after start system (S S).
Depending on the choice select different start beam parameters at top of file, others comment out.

There are also different optics setting with different quadrupoles:
- for TE beamline the standard and the mode by Hans for better focus on the target.
- for ESR a standard mode and variations of isochronous modes
also select by commenting in/out.

Input can be made also in units of K'L for fast import from parammodi, still by hand but with copy and paste.
One half of ESR is defined as a block, can be used more or less often (B I HALF ;)

The scraper is blocked at -10 mm and -unfortunately- blocks the beam in the ESR. Uli Popp is taking care.

The freqency suddenly shifted at time 16:11:47 and remained shifted until now 

The ESR status in the monitor stayed blue. No obvious sign that a magnet was down. The operators are checking
