We have change the laser settings for the spectroscopy of 209Bi.

We have now T-scraped the laser beam to the old position of the ion beam. The settings for the MRC system are shown in the screenshot below.

Timing for the final measurements on 209Bi was determined for the new frequency 1.93777MHz. Peak positions are

PD NO 106
PD SO 141.5
PMT MIDDLE 45 (due to the broad temporal structure difficult to determine)

Center between PDs is 123.75. Difference to PMT MIDDLE is 78.75. This is ~3 bins larger than the half period of 75.

We recorded files with high wavemeter readout rate and saved it at the atplaser network drive (Q:) - Bismuth - wavemeter folder.

Could be used to calibrate the laser steps. The MBS readout rate is 4 Hz, here 30 Hz, so there are a few more values.

I have switched off the XUV detector on 1 June at about 17:00. 
The high voltages of the MCP (in ESR laser lab) were turned off and inside the ESR cave the power supplies (coils and cathode) and the crate were turned off. 
Also the new "control box" for the detector was switched off. 
And I checked (visually) that the XUV detector (and the Cu detector too) were indeed "moved out".

Cobra operated with dye DCM in Ethanol + DMSO (Concentration 1:1)
- Oscillator concentration 0.3 g/l.
- Main amplifier concentration 0.0375 g/l (1/8 oscillator concentration).
- Laser linewidth: 6 GHz. Expansion factor: 10x. Grating: 2400 g/mm (40/2013)

Seed energy: 504 mJ @ 532 nm.
Cobra output energy: 112 mJ @ 640 nm.

Scan settings: 640.0 nm - 639.8 nm @ 0.005 nm / step.

Wavemeter settings: Pulsed (ext. trigg. 1 = QRay-Output: Lamp Sync). Precision: Fine.
