We recorded files with high wavemeter readout rate and saved it at the atplaser network drive (Q:) - Bismuth - wavemeter folder.
Could be used to calibrate the laser steps. The MBS readout rate is 4 Hz, here 30 Hz, so there are a few more values. |

I have switched off the XUV detector on 1 June at about 17:00.
The high voltages of the MCP (in ESR laser lab) were turned off and inside the ESR cave the power supplies (coils and cathode) and the crate were turned
off.
